Deligans Tax Partners LLC is located in Tomball, Texas, about 20 minutes northwest of Houston, Texas. We service the entire greater Houston metropolitan area, with clients from Katy to Bay City to Huntsville, and anywhere in between. Located out of town, or even in another state? No problem! We have numerous clients who live in other parts of Texas, and many across the country. Even though we are a small firm, we rely on current technology and computer systems that enable us to prepare your taxes quickly and correctly through email and other electronic formats.

As an Enrolled Agent (E.A.), Reagan has unlimited rights before the Internal Revenue Service to assist clients with IRS issues. In order to obtain this credential, Reagan passed a series of three tax-specific exams administered by the IRS (less than 25% of the CPA exam covers tax). In nearly all instances, an E.A. can handle the same duties a CPA, aside from audit and attest functions (which are generally outside the scope of tax preparation).
Further, an E.A. is authorized to practice in all 50 States, and not subject to state-specific rules like a CPA or tax attorney. Indeed, the IRS themselves say to seek our an E.A. for any and all tax-related issues, as E.A.s are the uncontested experts on such tax topics. E.A.s may also represent their clients in civil tax resolution cases, same as a tax attorney. Reagan, his wife and son, reside in the Magnolia area and are involved with numerous local organizations in the Magnolia and Tomball areas, including being an actives supporter and donor of Tomball ISD fundraiser and charity events. In his free time, Reagan enjoys spending time at the gun range, watching Formula 1 racing, and driving his car at track events in Houston, Austin, Dallas, and others across Texas.
